I struggled with alcohol and codependency since my teen years.  I found recovery in 2022 after I became consumed by a darkness so deep I did not recognize the face in the mirror.   

I wear many hats professionally and personally.  I became a mom in 2015.  I have driven a school bus since 2018.  Creative exploration is deeply engrained in my spirit. 

In 2022 I discovered recovery from alcoholism and codependency.  Exploration of the body mind and spirit is the best artistic process for me.  I have learned that in order to help myself I must also have the courage to share myself. 

Using creative play in its many forms, we all find something greater than ourselves.  This leads to a greater sense of ease towards the challenges and excitement life has to offer.
